    This has been going on every week for almost a year. I have complained here and over the phone. I have called waste management myself with no resolution. I know I leave my recycling can out early enough because I don't even bring it back in. No one can say that "I " missed the truck people leave garbage behind my home when the can isn't dumped which has resulted in fines to our property. This is truly unfair and I would really appreciate assistance on this matter. Thank you.

    My recycling is never picked up. I have to call 311 every week sometimes twice a week and people start placing there trash behind my home because of the build up.
