Two street lights are not working. One affects my backyard and the short alley behind it. The other affects the long alley beside my house. The light out in the side alley also impacts houses on the N side of the 2000 block of Hanover Avenue. It is very, very dark with both lights out. One light out is somewhat manageable; both out is downright scary.
    Thank you for prompt attention.

Street signs are reversed at the intersection of Park Ave and N Rowland St. Poles don't appear damaged. It looks as if the signs we placed in the wrong spots on error.

An unidentified wire (10-15 ft) is down in the alley directly behind the back lot of my property. It remains connected to a source on one end, but I can't identify whether the connection is to a pole or a house. VA Power has confirmed it NOT to be a power line. I suspect it is a cable line but Comcast has not responded to the problem. Neither I nor my neighbors who could be affected by a disconnected line have Comcast which is why I think we get no response from them. The length of the line is not only ugly but poses a safety hazard should a child decide to swing on it or should someone walking through the alley way trip over it. It needs to be removed and I don't know where else to turn but to the city.

The light that is out is in the alley at the back end of my property. This is the small alley next to my house at 303 N Rowland St, not the big alley adjacent to 305 N Rowland St which goes through to Meadow St. The alley where the light is out is not a "through alley ". Without the light, it is a very dark space and presents a safety issue. Thank you for your attention to this problem.
