  • Edgewood Avenue & West Rock Avenue New Haven, Connecticut - Westville
    This intersection is dangerous, particularly during the morning drop-off at Edgewood School, which corresponds to the morning commuter rush. Motorists trying to pull out onto Edgewood from West Rock have a very difficult time seeing oncoming traffic and often pull half way into the intersection before committing to turn. We've had several accidents here for this reason. We need potted plants in the parking lanes on Edgewood near West Rock to keep cars from parking too close to the intersection. We also need convex mirrors on the poles so that folks on West Rock can see oncoming traffic.
