The sidewalk from 5004 to 5008 on the west side of West Seminary is extremely uneven. It has been patched multiple times over the years, the patches are degrading, and the tree roots continue to shift the sidewalk. I've seen repairs done to similar sections of sidewalks up and down Seminary Avenue, and have reported this issue to the City of Richmond in the past. I have an elderly neighbor who requires assistance to walk and the sidewalk presents a certain danger to her in its current condition.

The pothole is on the eastbound side of Azalea Avenue right at the edge of W Seminary. It makes turning south onto W Seminary from Azalea very difficult, and also impacts people turning south onto W Seminary from the west-bound side of Azalea, and people headed south on W Seminary from behind the shopping center, crossing Azalea. It's been patched several times but the patch continues to break up. This may be the same pothole reported recently by Ann Fox.
