Huge pothole next to covered area of the street. This pothole affects drivers crossing under 290 from the spring branch side to the Houston side.

The bottom of the Pinemont bridge (passing over 290) still has a huge dip that causes vehicles to bottom out -- even at slower speeds than the speed limit. The incline of the bridge is steep and ends too quickly. Please fix the incline!

The two lots adjacent to Roslyn park , near Bingle and Pinemont have overgrown grass and leaves & people cannot walk through the sidewalk.
