    Concerned about the amount of the street tree's roots throughout yard, including some above ground & loose under our porch. Also volume of bark bits & limbs that fell prior to fall, while great for my compost pile, are some cause for concern. Roots are pervasive. Is the tree depleting soil nutrients resulting in 20+ gal of sand the yard deposited on the sidewalk before I tried at summer's start to stem the flow by replacing plastic border trim with concrete pieces I discovered buried in back yard.
