Excessively long red light Archived1000-1198 Old Raleigh Rd Apex, NC 27502, USA - ApexWeekday mornings, traveling east on Old Raleigh Rd, the light at Apex Peakway stays red too long. Sometimes I wait about a minute, with no cars traveling through the green light on Apex Peakway, for a green light.

Short left turn light duration AcknowledgedWalnut Street Cary, North Carolina - CaryThe left turn signal does not stay green long enough to allow all queued traffic to safely make a left turn when heading south on Walnut St and turning left (east) onto Tryon Rd.. Typically only 3-4 vehicles make it through before it turns red. There are several cars in each of the two left turn lanes which don't have time to make a turn in one light cycle. I see many cars running the yellow and red, and some close calls for drives trying to run the light behind drivers who are stopping to wait through another light cycle.
