    The Sahara hookah bar on peace st is causing some late night parking and noise issues to the housaround Boylan and Hibsdale st. The bar stays open past 2am and most people park on boylan and hinsdale since the bar itself has very little Parking. When people leave the bar late they disrupt the houses nearby, so much so that people are having issues selling homes.
