Can nothing be done about this????

This resident has reinstalled these dangerous features and are once again appropriating our public space for their exclusive use. I simply do not understand how these specific residents have been allowed to flagrantly damage and appropriate public property. (Especially that they have been allowed to continue this practice on our brand new taxpayer funded sidewalk replacement). These residents have an ally and backyard space. If they do not want to park their vehicles on the street then they should be required to use their private property)
