Thanks very much for the explanation. That makes a lot of sense. I have a question, though. Issue 1683106 is a street tree, and this issue is a tree in Edgewood Park (the address isn't exactly right). Should they still be duplicates?

I also have a more general question. If a single block has multiple dead trees, should I only create one issue? If so, how would you know that there's more than one dead tree?

This is near the construction site at George and College.

The water has been coming up through the crack for at least several days.
