    The public sidewalks have not been cleared along Suffolk St from Dutton St to Moody St, Lewis St, and Hanover St along the canals. In some areas they are impassable to due residents shoveling snow from on street parking spots onto the sidewalk. Please clear them .

    Why are there signs at each of the the canalway that runs from Broadway to Dutton St. that say "no dogs allowed"? This is the only section that is like this. It is an affront to all the residents downtown who own dogs. No one uses the small grass area next to this canalway for ANY type of recreation what so ever, let alone anything that would require that dogs be excluded. It is time to remove these two unfriendly and pointless signs. Lowell is trying to create a downtown with a high quality of life and this does not fit in.

    On the Riverwalk behind the Boot Mills two of the lights have become totally overgrown with vegetation. These lights are working but shed no light on the walkway at night. Please cut this back. Also, one light, the one that is mounted the the rear of the Boott Mills where the turbine is, is out and needs to be repaired.

    The light under the Aiken St bridge on the Riverwalk is still out. I don't know why this issue was closed but it has not been fixed and it is getting dark earlier and earlier. Please fix this light .

    The two lights that are closest to the Aiken St Bridge behind the Renaissance on the River building on the Riverwalk are out. This area is pitch black at night and sunset is getting earlier and earlier. Please fix the lights.

    Several street lights are out on the section of Suffolk St between Hall St and Perkins St. This is probably the reason that so many cars get broken into in this area. I walked this area the other night and it is pitch black. This is unsafe for the residents nearby.

    The trash cans along the canalway between Lowell House and LCHC are always full. Someone tipped one over the other day and spilled garbage everywhere. Could these trash cans please be emptied and put on a regular schedule for pickup please?
