    Brio apartments has closed the sidewalk on the west side of Civic Drive, yet as you approach from the north side, it is not posted as such until you reach the closure, at which point you cannot safely cross Civic Drive by foot. There is no crosswalk here.

    In addition, they seem to have closed the sidewalk for a very long time, and frequently block a lane of traffic on Civic Drive. How long are they permitted to keep doing this? It's been MONTHS.
