    I am sending this tip in hope of my enforcing complete discretion. Recently
    I notice every day around 10:30 am and night in my building of 4413 - 3rd St SE around 11:30 PM- 3:00 AM, daily there seems to be constant traffic entering the main door and all sorts of people visiting Apt (A) while leaving the main hall way on both levels of 1 and 2 smelling of a chemically stench of marijuana and drug paraphernalia not to mention the odor coming through the floor boards into my apartment (C). Therefore may I ask you to please notify the appropriate sector of 7th District to send a Police Officer to investigate further.
