Multiple (4-6 +) large tires exposed to the elements in violation of City of Houston Ordinance 2015-1032 Sec. 39-152. Tires are visible to the eye if traveling south on the Hardy Toll Road exiting to I-610W, on the overpass.

Location is approximately a 2 minute drive from the 6300 Irvington Blvd. Harris Depot. Of Education and a 2 minute drive from the Lindale Assembly of God church.

Downed traffic sign lying face down in median for 1-2 weeks. Not sure which specific kind of traffic sign.

Pedestrian crosswalk requested at this busy intersection (Taylor/Sawyer and Washington Ave.) New apartment complex has resulted in increase in foot traffic and crossing here as a pedestrian is hazardous with no pedestrian crosswalk markings to alert drivers or pedestrians themselves. There is a metro bus stop nearby as well.

On Washington ave. Headed north toward I-10, sign reads "Northwest Transit center - 290 express lane" sign is difficult to read. Wind loads have blown sign 30 degrees off of perpendicular to road making it very difficult to see for drivers. Sign is correct on google street view, but not anymore.

15-20 tires in floodplain (dry) next to i-10 feeder eastbound between studemont and taylor. Lots of other roadway type leftovers and junk nearby.
