    Maybe I'm not making this clear, for at least the last 7, yes 7, years this has been a problem for slate drive residents. And as how I'm not an idiot this problem will never be permanently solved until someone looks further into it. I am also aware there are regulations that must be followed but dare I ask why this is an issue every year? Apparently sending a notice to someone with no results for years is not an issue you wish to pursue.

    I have been waiting on answers from community development regarding property in front of substation. I will ask them again in this new case since the other case is going unanswered. Who owns that property? How long do they have to comply? Who are you giving notice to? Why can't this be on a regular schedule as it has been an issue year after year?
