The street light directly in front of 3606 Noble is only on about 50% of the time. It flickers off, takes a while, comes back on, cuts out for no reason, cycles back, etc etc.

This entire block is consistently plagued with recurring pothole issues. I've seen several streets in this neighborhood get completely repaved over the years, but Ordway has never had this treatment. Minimally please fill this horrible potholes (several through the whole block) but please consider a repaving.

4 WAY STOP DESPERATELY NEEDED - Please evaluate the intersection of 20th Street and E. Grace Street. Vision is severely impaired by parked cars for anyone stopped on either direction of 20th Street, and it is impossible to see if any traffic is approaching. I have seen very many close calls at this intersection, and wouldn't be surprised if many accidents actually are on the books. Please, with all of the revised traffic patterns happening in this very area, turn this intersection into a much safer 4-way stop.
  • 2015-2099 West Laburnum Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Diamond

This issue was reported previously and listed as fixed, however nothing has changed.

In the night hours, possibly starting around 10pm, maybe earlier, the Eastbound traffic approaching the stoplight at Laburnum Avenue and Saunders Ave must wait for an extended period of time without the traffic light responding. Cars will stack up at this light on the Eastbound side and sit for over a minute with NO TRAFFIC APPROACHING from the Westbound lanes.

All other traffic lights along Laburnum Avenue in the Northside are very responsive and maintain flow very well. But this light does not. The green arrow for the turn lane from Westbound Laburnum on to Saunders Ave remains lit as the default DURING THE NIGHT HOURS ONLY. The problem does not seem to exist during business hours.

Please adjust the light so that it responds to oncoming traffic during the overnight hours in a timely manner. This did not used to be a problem. It seems that perhaps recent road work to rebuild the median in that area may have affected traffic light sensors?

    Thank you!
