    Twice this DC Gov employee in a big white Ford F350 went in a turn lane, with less of a line than the straight through lanes. Then he proceeded to go straight through the intersection. IE: He did not turn as he was supposed to do for the lane he was in. Twice. Looks like this is a regular thing he does bullying his big truck in front of traffic. As well as having his cell phone in hand. Not sure what he was doing. Thanks for investigating.

    The green light at the intersection coming from E Street to Massachusetts Ave., at Union Station Circle is too short usually only one or two cars can get through. Traffic gets very backed up.
