Finally saw a peco truck, driver never actually got out of the vehicle but looked like he was doing some stuff on his computer and then pulled away. The Verizon guy that said the pole was rotted at the base was at least banging on it with a mallet (to hear how rotted it was or something) and took note of how it broke up the sidewalk around the base as it leaned in towards the street. Thanks for getting someone out here maybe he could see how bad it was leaning as he drove up the street, I will keep you posted.
It's been 2 weeks and still no sign of peco.

This issue was first reported July 2012 and it says Philadelphia streets department closed the issue but I assure nothing has been done about it, I'm sure it's only a matter of time until it falls over like the one on Rhawn street did about a month ago.
Bad tenants are out. Improvements made to property, and better tenants now.
Seen the cops there taking a guy away
