We have a stream that goes through our yard. There are no storm drains on Coldstream Road near our house, so when it rains, the water runoff from Coldstream Road drains directly in our yard and into the stream. The runoff deposits all of the road debris into our yard (ie gravel, trash), causes the stream to overflow and flood our yard, but more importantly all of the oil, antifreeze and other pollution that is on Coldstream Road is getting picked up by the runoff and is draining directly into the stream which I'm sure is an environmental issue. We contacted PENDOT regarding this issue and they said it was not their issue.

When turning onto Coldstream Road from route 113 (traveling towards Charlestown Road) there is one speed limit sign at the intersection of Coldstream Road & 113, and then there is not another speed limit sign for over a half mile. Cars fly down Coldstream with no regard to the posted speed limit. I contacted PENDOT requesting for additional signs to be put up however they said it was the townships responsibility.
