    The vehicle parks in front of our house every day from 1:00 pm to 7:00 am next day. Twelve hours in a residential parking without permit. My wife has been given a temporary parking sticker because a hip operation and has restrictive movement. I am unable to park the car in front for her so she can close to home. This car has abused the use of resident parking fir almost a year and never has been given a ticket.
