There's a commercial truck parked on a residential street overnight and all day everyday...it very seldom moves. There had been a no overnight truck parking sign but it seems to have gone missing. There are others still standing on this same block. While the truck shouldn't be parked there overnight, there is a safety issue with where it is parked. Drivers making a right onto Duval from McCallum are not able to see cars approaching on Duval. Since both streets are particularly narrow with parking on both sides, this is an accident waiting to happen.

There is an older model white Ford F150 with expired inspection, no current reg on tags and white wax marker writing all over rear windshield indicating that the truck has been impounded or towed before.

Truck has been parked on McCallum just east of Duval. Truck does not belong to any neighbors on 6300 McCallum.

There's a large white Volvo semi truck parked on McCallum at the corner of Pomona. There is a "no truck parking this block" sign on that block between Pomona and Washington Lane. The street is too narrow for such a large truck to be parked with the frequency that this truck is parked there - multiple days and multiple overnights. The driver sometimes parks with some wheels on the side walk which has resulted in a cracked sidewalk.

There has been a white pick-up truck parked illegally (facing the wrong direction) for the past couple of months with no movement. Registration is expired.

Vehicle is sitting just below the intersection of McCallum and Duval.

PGW had been digging at this location and the holes that they created were not properly filled in. One of four actually has a barricade over it but the other three are creating a problem for drivers in the roadway.

Property owner has not shoveled sidewalks after recent storms which has created significant hazard for pedestrians walking along Johnson. Additionally, there are hanging utility wires of some type within arms reach.

NEC Walnut Lane & Morton - brick sidewalk on corner property that has been allowed to become overgrown with grass and weeds and is in general disrepair. Exposed brick is narrow footpath with grass/weeds covering remainder of brick. Uneven brick path is as narrow as approx 18 inches most of the way around the corner. Additionally, property is often strewn with trash on Walnut Lane exposure and overgrown vegetation from property partly blocks sidewalk. Neighborhood is home to many elderly and disabled persons. Children's daycare is just north of property on Walnut Lane.
