On the rear of the home there is an entrance to the crawl space that has been kicked in. Copper pipes have been stolen from the basement. People can gain entry to the whole home by going through the crawl space.

Rear door to this vacant home is unsecure.

Requesting additional safety street lighting on these two blocks (1100 and 1000 block of Walton). Both blocks of Walton that border Seminary Ave are very dark and additionally have non-residential properties (the church and a parking lot) that offer “cover”.
