Again, how does the city know that she is not contributing to the rent in addition to the 4 that are on the lease?
Your reluctance to answer a simple question implies that you either:

Which is it? A number of people would like to know that the city just passed an ordinance without the substance to lying students and their so-called "guests".

There have been at least 5 vehicles consistently parked at 1120 Ashburn Ave since August. The 4 students renting the house told me that the young lady who drives the silver Honda Accord is the live in girlfriend of the elderly boy who drives the orange Jeep. What teeth does the city have in place with this ordinance that prevents the students from lying to the city about the status of their eternal so-called "guests"? This girl has been living at this house since last August? How do you have any way of knowing that she isn't contributing to the rent of this dwelling as a 5th, unrecorded renter?

This student mini dorm of 1100 Ashburn Ave really needs 2 garbage recepticles. There are too many students trying to use one and it frequently overflows. The city will not pick up garbage that is not tied in a bag that fits into the container. This picture was taken after garbage pick up today.

The problem is most likely live-in girlfriends or boyfriends who are repeatedly referred to as "guests". These eternal "guests" have been living in residence since August. What teeth does the city have in place with this ordinance that prevents the students from lying?

The home at 900A Ashburn has weeds covering a majority of the yard. You need to see this in person as the glare in the picture does not depict this image well.

Portable onsite storage. Been sitting in the driveway since August.....the semester is now half over.....it's seen plainly in the picture and an even bigger eye soar in person.
