    Unsafe traffic congestion area with no signal devices. Traffic in and out of Dewhurst and the strip mall, Chestnut Heights traffic on Defiance...no traffic signals to permit safe access to Chestnut Ridge rd. Additional congestion caused by 'timed' traffic signals at intersection of Rte57 and Chestnut Ridge and also at Chestnut Commons entrance. Signals need to be set for demand rather than timer controlled. Just as there is a traffic signal at entrance to Commons, there also needs to be one at Dewhurst and at Defiance, both controlled by demand, not timers.

    In front of 39256 Chestnut Ridge, in the westbound lane, there is some sort of a valve cover and its associated surroundings that has sunk a few inches into the ground, creating a hazard for cyclists and other traffic. A collection of wheel covers can also be found by the roadside from this 'pothole'.

    No sidewalks, or crosswalks at this intersection, traffic congestion in and out of Commons/Walmart/Cleveland Clinic/etc., pedestrians with wheelchairs attempting to cross roadways to get to Clinic or Drug Mart. There is only one way in and out of the Commons which creates traffic congestion at two intersections.
