    Finance Office inefficiency. If you come to the finance office there are several different lines and it is not obvious what line to get in. I came to pay my personal property tax bill and didn’t have a copy of it so I was told to go stand in this line to get a copy of it. Lady on the left only handles real estate tax issues and has zero customers while guy on right has a line out the door. Why can’t I just stand in the regular payment line to get a copy of the bill??????

    New bike lanes- significant numbers of drivers in the AM rush completely disregard them and drive in them as though they are still traffic lanes. Consider installing bollards to prevent this conflict!

    A few months ago, double left turn markings were installed at 7th and Main. Nobody seems to be respecting the outer left turn lane (which was previously a thru lane), and drivers are consistently using that as a thru lane even though it is marked for left turns only. This is made worse by the two parking garage entrances on the left side of 7th immediately after the light. Please consider adding additional signage to clarify this new traffic pattern and that both two left lanes are for turning.

    REPEAT REQUEST: This was submitted one year ago. The city stated that the existing lane markings on 49th St NB at Westover were sufficient. I maintain that they are not sufficient because the driver behavior continues. This is not a double-left turn intersection, but a significant amount of drivers treat it that way!!

    In my original request, I suggested that a thru lane marking be placed on the pavement. The city responded that the existing markings were sufficient. There is NO MARKING in the right lane to this day to make it clear that it is a thru-only lane. Only the left lane has a left turn arrow marking.

    ORIGINAL REQUEST:
    Frequently (i'd say 25-50% of the time) when I am at this light turning left from 49th to WH Blvd, the person in the through lane turns left as well, causing near-sideswipes. Perhaps a through arrow lane marking should be installed.

    See the attached image for explanation. I tried to verbally explain to a DPW employee before, and I don't think they understood the problem. This same problem also exists southbound at Broad and 3rd, as 3rd transitions from two way to one way.
