The toilet in the men's restroom is overflowing and tons of water have already flooded the sidewalk and grassy areas.

In May of 2012 (see http://seeclickfix.com/issues/182470), I reported that the metal wire trash cans had gone missing at the bus stop at the corner of E. Marshall and E. Broad St.. These trash cans were never replaced and this corner (close to two convenience stores and a well-used bus stop) continues to be a huge problem. Bottles, cans, plastic bans often end up on the sidewalk, in the street, and on adjacent properties. Periodically, neighbors place city super cans, bags for the trash, plastic trash cans and people use them. This suggests to me that a trash can would be used and better still a recycling can/trash combo. I understand that the city did not want to replace the metal can as it was probably stolen by recyclers, but it's an important and well-used corner. How about repurposing an underused solar compactor (the one at 25th and E. Broad comes to mine)?

I reported this issue using seeclickfix on 4-25-13 and yet no traffic study has been done. This intersection is extremely dangerous and even more so now that neighborhood children are out playing during the summer. Please protect our children!

Abner Clay Park, a city park with a playground, is located at Clay and Brook Rd, a complex interaction with a Four-Way stop sign. Blooming Child Petite Academy, a daycare facility, is located at 300 W. Clay St. Because of these two facilities, there are often small children near the street, crossing Brook Rd., and playing in the park. Twice last week, I was almost hit with my 20 month old son crossing Clay or Brook by cars driving above the speed limit or driving through one of the stop signs without coming to a complete stop. Please consider adding a "Children Playing" sign to alert drivers to the presence of the city park and daycare center.

The bus stop at 31st and Marshall used to have a trash can, but does no longer. When I took the bus today, I noticed a lot of trash accumulating near the bus stop and by the patron's bench. Please put a trashcan (one of the new solar compactors would be great) at this corner. Thanks
