Only two traffic lanes on St. Clair Ave make it almost impossible to enter or leave that area in rush hour. The street car rapid transit was the worst idea. The city has created a grid lock that takes 20 min to get through from Davenport Road and Symington Ave through the lights at St. Clair Ave West and Keele St. It should normally take about 3 min. You have to reopen the street car lanes to traffic at that location. The city councillors should try and drive through there at 4 pm. Good luck getting through!
