    A tent is installed in the Walker/Grand Ave parking lot. It appears the same person from March 2 came back. It obstructs parking and potentially be public health hazard. We are very concerned. Please assist. Thanks!

    Date 7/72017. Time 15:00. There is a homeless person laying on the curb side of Walker Ave parking, on Walker Ave @ Wickson, with lots of trashes around him. He is barely breathing. The person looks like he needs some assistance. Please also remove the trash. Thanks.

    We need a KEEP CLEAR sign painted at the intersection of Walker and Lake Park Ave. People block the intersection all the time and cause traffic from Walker Ave to be backed up. Please paint the sign ASAP. Thanks.

    There has been some very early morning around 4am and late night 10:30pm cleaning activity by some cleaning truck with machinery at the city of Oakland parking lot by 741 Walker Ave. It is always very loud and waking up the residents nearby. This is really disturbing. We were told that this cleaning service is subcontracted by city of Oakland. We hereby request the city of Oakland to ask the cleaning crews to perform the cleaning only during the business hours, i.e., 8am-5pm. Thanks, Rex.

    Please redirect the LED lights in Walker parking lot (the lights by 741 Walker Ave) down to the lot, instead onto the house at 741 walker.
    The LED lights are very bright into our bedrooms and we are very bothered by it.
    Please redirect those lights ASAP.
