    This issue was reported to me by a Cherry St. business owner. This alley is continues to not be cleaned thoroughly. All glass, butts, etc need to be picked up as this is a heavily used alley by pedestrians traveling from Cherry St. to the Poplar St. Parking deck. This is NOT a one time issue. It needs to be addressed on a daily basis including Saturdays.

    Customer reached me after Downtown Clean-up and expressed that this lot needed to be tended to. Said that the City used to take care of it but too much time passes in between clean-ups. Her name is Lily Joiner and is a neighbor of the lot. Her number is 788-2136.
