This hole is big enough to throw someone off a motorcycle, and every car that hits it scratches its underside. The utility crews that tear up our streets do a terrible job of patching them. I'm sure someone in the city government is supposed to systematically check all of them. How about if that person does their job so we don't have to waste our time reporting these things to 311?

Every time it rains, a huge lake of water totally covers the southwest-bound lane of Lincoln Rd. for at least 2 days. Drivers are forced to cross the yellow line into oncoming traffic.

This pothole was filled in a couple of weeks ago, but apparently it wasn't done very well because it's already back.

At non-rush hour times, the light for traffic traveling northeast on Rhode Island Ave at N Capitol St has been changed to only stay green for 20 seconds. Traffic now routinely backs up past 1st St. NW and it often takes 4 or 5 green cycles to pass through the intersection. This is a major thoroughfare, and with the traffic turning left at N Capitol St it's already difficult to get through the intersection. Please change the timing back to at least 30 seconds to prevent this utterly needless back up which unnecessarily wastes everyone's time and increases pollution.

The road surface at this intersection is torn up and has been slowly destroying my car for 3 months now. Could someone please pave the giant gash that runs all the way across Franklin St. on the east side of the intersection?

The pedestrian signal only allows 8 seconds to cross the street, but the light stays green for 40 seconds. It is completely unfair to require pedestrians to wait through another light cycle when there is still plenty of time to cross the street.

There are several deep potholes in the northbound lanes of 395 between the entrance to the tunnel and the US Senate exit. Now I have to take my car in and pay to have it repaired. The city raked in millions upon millions of dollars in speed camera tickets, yet there are holes in the road that damage my car. Where is all the money going? Why do we have third-world country roads? Please advise how I go about filing a claim against the city government for the cost of the repair.

There is a fire hydrant on the east side of Lincoln Rd that is constantly leaking water. It leaks into the street and onto the sidewalk. You can see the water coming up out of the ground like a spring.
