I submitted this and the ticket was closed in a matter of days saying the resolution was to have street cleaning remove the cabinet in the roadway. What?? I submitted a picture and a description of a bunch of NEON painted junk dumped in the park next to our building. It's NEON painted, which means it is very difficult to miss. How in the world you came up with a cabinet in the roadway is beyond me.

Of all the issues I have reported only two have been "closed." Both of them were a thousand percent off the mark. What is the point of having this app and having us contribute if the only responses are entirely irrelevant?

This is not rocket science. I reported this two months ago and the ticket finally came back resolved saying there was no missing sign. This is not true. There are, in fact, two missing signs. It is hard to believe that someone actually made a site inspection and closed the ticket saying no missing signs. That person must have gone to the bar instead and then submitted a falsified report. See attached kindergarten diagram for location of missing signs. We need these signs in the neighborhood, otherwise people park right up to the corner, which makes it very dangerous to turn off of Allen Place onto 20th.

Someone dumped a bunch of neon painted junk in the park next to 2456 20th St. between The Rockledge condo building and the Duke Ellington Bridge.

This intersection should have a light rather than a four way stop. It is too large and not square and cars become impatient or do not see pedestrians because it takes too long to cross over Columbia Road. The only time it is safe to cross is when the nice school crossing guard helps everyone cross - not only the children.
