    Overgrown tree branches are hanging down into traffic area at the N E corner of 13th and Alexander Streets across from Love Elementary and Love park.

    Builder/developer filled in ditches. I have reported this twice before and it was closed w/out action.
    This has created the need for the city to come out and reverse the flow of drainage. This is not correct fix.
    The city workers told me that what the builder did does not meet code.
    THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
    If I get another "congrats, your issue has been closed" I'm going to Mayor Parkers office to protest.
