    Flies and ants have infested this disgusting eyesore. The owner lives in Winchester and I'd bet there's no way that town would put up with something like this. Why does Stoneham? But that 15+ year issue aside, the current "activity" in that building is just gross.

    Who on earth is in charge of making sure commercial property owners aren't ruining the aesthetics of our Town? The four weathered saw horse "Keep Out" signs have been there so long, they're probably effectively keeping other prospective business out of Stoneham as well. Please clean that mess up.

    WHY is the Town allowing the Marble Street Deli's owners to leave this building in its present condition?? This is an embarrassment to our community, particularly because it's a highly visible site on the way into Stoneham Square. Come on! Do something already. If the owners don't want to give it up, then FORCE them to make it more visually appealing.
