    Crosswalk is fading -- I don't think oncoming drivers can see it. I've had several close calls crossing the road here. Also the parked cars by the crosswalk make it hard for cars to see pedestrians entering the crosswalk. I wonder if any additional improvements might be made aside from reprinting the lines?

    The small landscaped island on Columbia rd and Adams Mill rd across from the (recently closed) Exon gas station is host to a fearless colony of rats. Rats are visible nightly moving around between the bushes here.

    Drinking fountain doesn't work. It would be great to have a working drinking fountain (or two!) for the many park users.

    There is an enormous tire gash next to the sidewalk (filled with water) from garbage trucks entering the park. Please fix the landscaping and redirect vehicles entering the park with a short fence, or polls. Or pave over this area. Or remove half a parking spot on Adams Mill Rd so trucks can enter without driving over the grass.
