Shadeland ave resident

Up and down Huey and Shadeland Aves, people speed (it's 15, they go 35 easy) and don't come close to stopping at the stop signs. Some are above 15 as they go through the stops. This is a residential neighborhood, not a highway. Stop signs are at every corner for a reason: don't speed through this highly-pedestrian and school traffic area!
