Gene winter and nancy close

This tree was marked with a sign by the city which said it was to be taken down at least 3 years ago. The front of the tree was hit by a car a week ago and now has damage in the front. Several of the branches hang over wires in the street. A large branch fell from it in a storm a couple of weeks ago. Finally the tree is causing some buckling in our sidewalk.
