K St SE is a long street, drivers that are cutting through to get around Pennsylvania Ave traffic speed on it, and no not yield to pedestrians or come to a complete stop at the corner of 14th and K St SE. There is a school a block away and I see school children walking home, and a blind lady that lives in this area, also there are many handicapped in the the area that have issues crossing the street.
K St SE between 13th and 14th is a long street, drivers that are cutting through to get around Pennsylvania Ave traffic speed on it, and do not yield to pedestrians or come to a complete stop at the corner of 13th and K St SE. There is a school a block away and I see school children walking home, as well as many handicapped in the the area that have issues crossing the street.
