This cannot be safe for anyone in the vacinity. There is no telling what condition the generator is in. It is also very loud. Please enforce city ordinance.

Please advise what is the status of the anti-encampment ordinance. There are multiple violations / violators in this location. The residents and business owners in the vacinity are very concerned about the health and safety of all involved. Open cesspools and piles of human feces are not safe for anyone living near the vicinity or in these encampments. Please enforce the law and move these violators to safer conditions and then clean up this hazardous waste environment! There was a death by over dose two days ago in the camp. What more evidence do you need to understand that this situation is very serious for all involved? Please help us all. The photo attached is evidence of a location where someone is in violation of public urination and the place where people regularly defecate. The dark stain is from repeated use. Can you imagine having this in your back yard? The apartment building next to us houses multiple families with children. Please clean this mess up and get these people help.

We witnessed case workers speaking with those living under I-69. And I spoke with Cybthia Alvarado at Midtown Management District. Thanks to all of those working in helping improve this humanitarian crisis. We sincerely appreciate you and the hard work it will take working on such a complex and important problem.

Guy passed out in wheel chair on sidewalk. Not sure if he is OK. It's too hot outside for him to be in the middle of the sidewalk. Send help.

There is a new group of people living under I-69 near Eagle and Austin. There is an abandoned sofa that is now being used for a bed for several people and this guy in his wheel chair. Please help them. These are not decent living conditions or locations.

More homeless people have started to camp near this section of the I-69 underpass. Near the corner of La Branch and Eagle. Have witnessed drug sales transactions among this small group. This section of the underpass is used by many citizens as a shady and dry place to walk between the train and buses. These vagrants are Tresspassing on TXDOT property and conductin illegal activities as well as leaving unsanitary waste and garbage. Please help.

An Nuisance on Property issue that was reported 30 minutes ago for 1601 Ruth was reported for the wrong address. The house pictured and described is located in the 1500 block of Eagle Street near the I-69 overpass. Corner of Crawford and Eagle. It is NOT located at 1601 Ruth. In addition to the over growth of weeds, the house has been abandoned for years, squatters often stay there and is home to a population of feral cats.

Sharp drop in water pressure. House and rental house next door. Water pressure so low cannot reach showers or faucets in 2nd floor bathrooms.

Sidewalk never repaired after Centerpoint fixed gas leak on COH easement between sidewalk and street. Centerpoint left a note stating that they would repair it as soon as possible. It has now been over a year since the repair. The sdewalk should be repaired to the state it was before repair or at least similar to the surrounding sidewalk. This temporary repair is unsightly and now is completely unsafe as the patched concrete has subsided and has caused an uneven surface on a heavily traveled sidewalk. Please fix!! A drain must be clogged near this location. Water running off of freeway is not draining at all and is creating a small pond. There may be a leak because it is not drying up? Trash is gathering. Water and trash are flowing over into adjacent property. Location will soon be area for mosquitoes to breed. Drain needs to be cleared or excavated. Has been covered for a long time by silt and leaves and trash. Please help. This intersection under the freeway is a mess. Trash has been piling up for weeks all around and only encourages more dumping. Please help. Thanks.

Center Point said that they would return the sidewalk to how it looked before the repair. They have not been out in months and the sidewalk is not only uneven, but now is very unsightly in front of our property.

Leak reported last week is now getting worse. More water is flowing each day. Concerned that leak is not only at gutter, but also under the street.

It is hard to tell where leak is coming from. Meter at 4204 La Branch is surrounded by water, but also there is water in the street and across the street along the same line. It has become more visible with the dry weather this week.
