The bike signage is shot up by a gun. Would be nice to have these replaced Also one shot up just over the emergency access bridge. .

There is a homeless camp along the bike trail along the freeway. Just west of Gabaldon.

Homeless encampment under the freeway. They are making a big mess, and have a dog tied to a poll that is going around in circles, food/water accessible to the animal.

A handful of homeless people have taken up refuge again in this location.

There is a car at the Walgreens at Central and Rio Grande and it has two dogs inside. Cars been parked there for at least 30 minutes with nobody else around the dogs look like they are in need of attention from somebody.

Homeless people are beginning to camp out under I 40 at Rio Grande and at 12th St.

Homeless man has a little black puppy does not appear to have any food or water for the poor little puppy. No need for the dog to be put in that predicament. I can definitely tell he is using the dog for pity
