Park Place

There are two traffic lights going west on Broad Street from Church Hill at 18th and 17th Streets that are out of sync, causing morning backups into Church Hill the last few days. One light turns green and shortly after the other turns red. This issue seems to happen every few months and then the city fixes it when someone calls in. Please reset to its normal settings. Thanks!
