    There is no parks category, so please forward :) Columbia heights splash park/fountain is broken. Only a couple of the jets are working. This fountain is heavily used by the local community to keep cool in the summer, especially low-income and minority families. Please come maintain it!

    Car has not moved in about two weeks. Also parked too far from the sign, making it impossible to fit 6 cars on the block instead of 5.

    Every morning there are construction vehicles idling in the right traffic lane on southbound 16th street just before I street. They are blocking traffic lanes and causing severe backup on 16th street during rush hour. I imagine they are servicing the construction site south of K street, but I doubt they have a permit to totally block the right traffic lane north of K street. This happens EVERY DAY!

    Crosswalk on the west side of the intersection is almost not visible. Cars speed through this intersection, which is dangerous in a residential neighborhood.
