    The sidewalk on the north side of the Fulton Park entrance from Sheffield Blvd is uneven, several areas of concrete have a 3-4 inch rise from the next section. The sidewalk on the south entrance of the park on the corner of Seaway and Sheffield Blvd the sidewalk has a lip that places a barrier for those with disabilities and those pushing strollers.     Storm Drain Cover is missing, leaving exposed storm drain hole in roadway. Construction Barrel placed over to warn of road hazard, but that in turn has been damaged. At north west corner of Walker/Case and E Grand River Ave. Please Fix! Children in area, this is a safety risk to all those who walk/drive/bike in area. Thanks!
