Wacouta Park is in terrible shape. Grass is worn off in a large section of the center of the park. Flower gardens within the park are mostly unsightly. Invasive sunflower plants taking over increasingly. Needs care. Compared to Mears, it's a shame. No businesses to support it. Schools use it for their playground and the park can't absorb it.
