    There is a food cart located at this corner where a large abandoned warehouse is also located. There is excessive trash that spans the entire block of 21st St. between Washington Ave. and Carpenter St. from this cart and since the warehouse is abandoned, there is never any cleanup.

    Why must the drug addicts in front of the clinic at 21st & carpenter constantly hang out front of the clinic? I have to put up with daily harassment as I pass by the crowd. Isn't there a no loitering policy?

    There is broken up concrete dumped on the sidewalk of this abandoned building. It looks like crap. It's been there since the new construction at 2100 Carpenter put their concrete in, hmmm.

    Builder of new construction formerly 920 S. 21st St. and now 2100 Carpenter St. is suspected to be marketing a carport in an area where parking has been restricted. They tried to put no parking signs up which have been successfully removed by the streets department. Please have L & I investigate the building plans and the site.
