Not long ago you were asked to correct the misplaced location of the signs notifying drivers on Whitaker Mill where to turn for the new(ish) Five Pts Center for Active Adults. You moved the one for EASTBOUND drivers to the right place. But the sign for WESTBOUND drivers is still NOT at the corner of E. Whitaker Mill and Pine/Noble Rds, Instead, it's on a pole that indicates drivers headed west and looking for the activity center should turn in at the crescent parking lot/drive for the old WAke County senior/health/activity center. I don't know why this is so difficult unless whoever is sent to move the sign doesn't realize the two red brick buildings are different: One is old (its white columns are currently down for repair, which is taking forever, so there's scaffolding on its front), is entered from Whitaker Mill, and Wake County owns it, while the other building is new, is entered from Noble Road, and Raleigh owns it.

Not critical, but I'm wondering how much longer it's going to take to restore the white columns on the old county activity center (not the new Five Pts ACtive Adults Center) at the corner of E. Whitaker Mill and Pine Drive. It's been months with that usually beautiful old building looking like an eyesore. Can someone there check with Wake County and get some action?
