Home is unoccupied and has been for a long time. Owner uses it for storage. Every year we have a problem with it not being maintained...storm debris plus grass is overgrown. We try very hard to keep our neighborhood neat and this causes us to have rodents too plus it it not attractive. Many other vacant homes but the other owners keep their property maintained!
