Driving on lawn and parking in backyard. Car is gone but tracks are still there. When is this going to stop? This house has been problematic for years and receives warning upon warning and nothing is ever done about it to stop it from happening. This is super frustrating and unfair to the neighbors.

Again, parking on the lawn tonight. These tenants don’t care. They just got yet another warning this week from Code Enforcement and continue to do this. This is unfair and exhausting on the neighbors who continue to post about this and on Code Enforcement. Warnings and calls to the landlord do not work. Please give them a ticket. They need to stop.

Again they are parking off the driveway. This happens periodically but regularly. Please do not just give them a warning. It does not work as they are repeat offenders.

Trash can left out in front of house since Monday

Trash and recycling can have been out for nearly a week. There is a large trailer filled with junk as well as large pile of junk in the pack yard that is clearly visible from the front yard.

Large pile of move out trash has been sitting in front yard since Friday.

Burned wood and mattress springs on greenbelt on corner of North Street and High Grove.

Last night a group of college - aged people stole the High Grove Court street sign on the corner of North Street. Hence, there is no longer a street sign.
