    This is a chronic quality of life issue for neighbors of this establishment in the Park South neighborhood. After the front patio closes, patrons are welcome to congregate on the side of the building until extremely late, where they yell and carry on, causing a significant disturbance to residents. As the purpose of the ordinance for early patio closure is to minimize such disturbances, it is logical that this should also govern the alleyway that this establishment is treating as a patio. I request that this issue be reviewed by the Codes Department and the Police.
