    Illuminated street signs are out for numerous (7+) intersections along ADR.

    During nighttime hours when traffic volume is low, cars traveling EB & WB on Hammond are delayed/inconvenienced by poor signal timing and programming.

    While traveling EB or WB Hammond, approaching Perimeter Center Parkway (PCP), the light will almost always be red while displaying green for no cars on PCP.

    After this cycle, the turn lanes in both directions will receive a green despite no cars wanting to turn and no cars being in those lanes.

    This could easily be fixed by changing the turn lanes to flashing red or yellow from 10pm-4am

    1160 Hammond Drive Ne Atlanta, Georgia - Sandy Springs

    During nighttime hours, traveling WB or EB on Hammond Drive, all cars are delayed/inconvenienced for no reason at the double apartment entrances at 1160 Hammond and The Citizen.

    While no cars are leaving above-stated complexes, the signal for WB and EB turns red and goes through a full cycle. No pedestrian crossing lights are activated during this time so it is the result of faulty programming.
