    A city tree in front of 595 Ellsworth is dying and dropping branches. There are detached branches laying on other branches on the tree. This is a big safety issue, especially when it's windy. A branch fell on a lady's head on Saturday. This needs to be taken care of immediately.

    On that note, almost every tree on the block needs to be trimmed. The city has been derelict in maintaining the trees on the block and they all drop branches and are dangerous.

    As before, after receiving complaints, the city patched up some of the bigger potholes on Ellsworth Avenue between Goffe and Whalley.
    As before, within a few weeks the patches have come off.
    As before, Ellsworth Avenue now poses a danger to bikers and causes damage to the vehicles that drive there.
    Accordingly, the whole street needs to be repaved and not just patched.
